I have exciting news that I couldn't wait to share with you! Industry experts are reporting that right now, we as a people are optimistic about the future, and our confidence is reflected in the ongoing health of the residential real estate market. What this means is that this is a perfect time to be buying or selling a home.

Other relevant news is that the mortgage industry is working hard to make more services available online. They are gearing up to deliver one-stop shopping for their real estate industry clients by making property assessment, flood, title and closing products available online. I'm excited by how this will allow me to give even better service to you.
